Why?
Many people ask me one question about this site. ‘Why bother?’ ‘What a waste of time! And give the usual comment: ‘No one will ever go on your site.’
Whenever you first start a website, no one will look at it after just 1 day. It needs content. Imagine a sweet shop without any sweets, the web is like that. No sweets, no visitors. Even after 5 posts, the hit count went up. All be it, very very slightly, but it continues to rise. About 6,000 hits so far. That actually is not very many at all, in 2.5 months, but the amount of sweets is growing, the amount of visitors is rising, and our page rank is higher. When the site first entered google, in the search ‘css trickery’ it hit down in 6th. It is now 1st. That shows that people are looking. Now, with 2 more people as well as myself to deliver the sweets, our shop is booming.
And the only way is up.
